Over View of Pre-Order Program
The primary objective of a pre-order sales program is to have customers order their product in advance to
ensure availability on the day of the event. Customers must place their order in 3 different ways. First option is to visit their respective city link posted on www.enviroworld.net. Second option is via mail order where
customers can send order forms and checks payable to the city. Third option is via telephone order where the customers can place their order by calling . The cut off time will be typically 2 weeks prior to the event date and then the corresponding number of products will be shipped to the requested sale
location. The city or host organization will be responsible for distributing the pre purchased product to the
customers on the proposed event date. The customers need to bring their purchase receipts in order to get their product.
Pre-order sales program is a good option to a municipality which has a smaller population or the municipality does not have enough funds or projected participation to support a truckload sales program. Events are typically held in a highly visible location. Your partnership with Enviro World in and delivering the maximum amount of promotional
